The price of booking includes:

-Daily, ~two hour menstruality education workshops (three total)

-Single ~1 hour yoga for periods session

-Single 30 minute one-on-one coaching session with menstruality coach

-A menstruality coach available throughout the trip to answer questions

-Period care kit curated by My Club Red

-Rental of all necessary gear including backpacking backpack, sleeping bag, inflatable sleeping pad, backpacking tent, water reservoir, travel yoga mat, shared backpacking stove, headlamp, and trekking poles

-Option to buy new set of gear at discounted rate or to buy rental set at the end of the trip- reach out for details or any questions

-A trip journal

-Delicious, freeze-dried backpacking meals and snacks from lunch on the first day, to lunch on the last (special diets available upon request)

-Three guided hikes through the beautiful Kaibab National Forest in northern Arizona

-Backpacking education including instruction on the use of all gear, setting up and breaking down camp, backcountry cooking, Leave No Trace Principles, and general safety guidelines

-Access to a private Facebook group to ask any questions and get to know each other before your scheduled trip

-Pre-trip guide including packing list, training tips, and suggested reading materials that make for great hiking and campfire conversation

-Emergency equipment including satellite communicator and first aid kit carried by your guide, and a confident guide certified as a Wilderness First Responder
